Account Credentials

When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This info is strictly used to create, authenticate, and maintain your user profile within the Service.

Billing & Payment Data (Stripe)

When you subscribe to the Unlimited Pro plan ($15/month), your payment card data (card number, expiration date, and CVC) is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Shulya LLC does not store, process, or transmit your credit card numbers on our servers. We store only anonymized Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, current subscription status, and billing cycle renewal dates in our secure database to verify feature access.

Property Lead Data

We store real estate and rental listing data (such as property title, price, address, photos, contact numbers, and source URL) that you intentionally choose to save via our browser extension. This data is structured using AI to help you manage your personal pipeline.

Usage Data & Plan Quotas

We record the number of leads saved during each calendar month to enforce the Free Tier quota (up to 15 leads per month) and ensure optimal server performance.

Analytics & Diagnostics

We use Google Analytics to evaluate aggregated traffic trends and Sentry for real-time error logging and performance diagnostics.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver, maintain, and improve the Property Lead Saver platform.
To manage Free and Pro subscription plans and enforce monthly lead allowances.
To process payments and manage recurring subscriptions through Stripe.
To parse and enrich real estate listings via secure AI edge functions.
To synchronize your leads in real-time between your Chrome extension and web Kanban board.
To identify and troubleshoot bugs or software exceptions through Sentry.

All leads and profile data in Supabase are governed by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies, meaning database records can only be queried or modified by the authenticated user who created them. All network communication between the client, extension, and backend occurs over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

We utilize essential cookies and secure browser storage to persist your authenticated session and inquiry preferences. You can adjust your browser settings to reject non-essential cookies at any time.

7. Your Rights & Data Portability

You have full ownership of your data. You may review, modify, export (via CSV or Excel XLSX), or permanently delete any of your saved leads directly inside the Kanban dashboard. You may also cancel your paid subscription at any time via the billing portal.
